Welcome to Elevelle. These Terms of Use set out the rules for accessing and using the Elevelle platform, community and services (the "Services"). Please read them carefully.
By creating an account, subscribing, or accessing our Circle community, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use Elevelle.
1. Who We Are
Elevelle is operated by Elevelle Ltd, a UK-registered company.

2. What Elevelle Provides
Elevelle is a digital platform offering:
- Articles, guides and expert content
- Community spaces for discussion
- Events, workshops and live sessions
- Self-development tools across Career, Health and Life
Some content is included in your subscription; other events may be offered as paid add-ons. Elevelle does not provide medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. See section 10.
3. Age Requirement
You must be 18 or over to use Elevelle.
4. Subscription and Payments
4.1 Subscription access
A subscription gives you access to standard platform content and basic events. Additional events may
require separate payment.
4.2 Billing
Subscription fees are charged monthly (or annually, if selected) until cancelled.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Access continues until the end of your current
billing period.
4.4 Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods, except where legally required under UK
consumer law. Due to the digital nature of the service, no partial refunds are given.
5. Your Use of Elevelle
You agree to:
- Use the platform respectfully, safely and in line with our Community Guidelines
- Not harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Not share content that is unlawful, hateful, misleading or harmful
- Not promote external businesses or solicit members without permission
- Protect your login details and not share your account
We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules.
6. Community Guidelines
Our community is built on respect, vulnerability and safety. You agree to:
- Keep discussions supportive and non-judgmental
- Avoid giving medical, legal, financial or psychological advice to others
- Report harmful behaviour or concerns to us immediately

7. Your Content
You retain rights to the content you post within the platform, including comments, replies or shared reflections. By posting it you give Elevelle a licence to:
- Display it within the platform
- Use anonymised insights to improve services
We will never sell your personal content externally. You confirm that you own or have rights to anything you upload. Content may be moderated by Elevelle to protect the integrity of the platform.
We may occasionally wish to use feedback or comments (e.g. testimonials or anonymised quotes) in our marketing materials, social media, or other promotional channels. We will only do so with your permission or where the content is used anonymously and without any identifying information. If you'd prefer not to have your comments considered for this, please let us know at any time via contact.elevelle@gmail.com.
8. Our Intellectual Property
All content on the Elevelle platform; including text, articles, visuals, branding, logos, course materials, video content, and design, is owned by Elevelle Ltd or used with permission from contributors.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any Elevelle content outside the platform without written permission
- Use Elevelle content for commercial purposes
- Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices
The name Elevelle and associated branding are trademarks of Elevelle Ltd. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
Contributors retain copyright for their original work shared on the platform.
9. Contributor & Expert Content
Elevelle works with contributors who share their knowledge and lived experience. Content from contributors:
- Represents their own views
- Is educational, not prescriptive
- Is not a substitute for professional advice
We vet contributors but cannot guarantee accuracy of all content.
10. Important Disclaimers
10.1 Health
Elevelle does not provide medical care, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek advice from a qualified
professional for health concerns.
10.2 Mental Health
Elevelle content is not a substitute for therapy, crisis support or medical intervention.
10.3 Financial Information
Information provided in the Finances pillar is educational only. It is not financial advice or regulated
guidance.
10.4 Career Guidance
Career content is educational and supportive but does not guarantee outcomes.
You agree that you use Elevelle content at your own discretion.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevelle is not liable for:
- Losses arising from your interpretation and/or application of information from Elevelle content
- Decisions you make based on information within the platform
- Interactions with other users
- Service interruptions, technical issues or data loss
Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You breach these Terms
- You cause harm or risk to the community
- You misuse Elevelle content
You may also close your account at any time.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Elevelle evolves. If changes are significant, we will notify you via email or through the platform.
14. How These Terms Relate to Circle
When you use Elevelle on Circle, you also agree to Circle's own:
- Terms of Service
- Acceptable Use Policy
- Privacy Policy
You are also bound by Circle's privacy and cookie practices, which are separate from Elevelle's policies. If there is any conflict, Elevelle's Terms govern your relationship with Elevelle Ltd, while Circle's Terms govern your use of the Circle platform technology.
